This privacy policy sets out how Moobicast uses and protects any information that you give us when you use Moobicast application.
Moobicast is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our application then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Moobicast may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure that you are happy with any changes. What we collect
Your Personal Information: Moobicast receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. When you register with Moobicast, we ask for Personal Information such as your work email, first name, last name, company name, email and phone number.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We automatically receive certain types of information whenever you interact with us or use Moobicast or our Site. For example, our systems may automatically collect your IP address and the type of browser or operating system you use ("Log Data"). We use Log Data to monitor the use of Moobicast, and for technical administration. We may also collect information using cookies, for the purpose of enabling us to provide you our services.
Aggregate Information: "Aggregate Information" is data we collect about a group or category of services or Users from which individual User identities have been removed. All data collected or uploaded to Moobicast is jointly owned by Moobicast and Client, and you give us the right to collect this data and use it for the purposes described. In general, we use the information collected to provide you with a great overall experience using the Moobicast Service, to help us understand who uses the Moobicast Service, for internal operations such as operating and improving the Moobicast Service, to contact you for customer service and billing purposes and to facilitate the delivery of Moobicast advertising in some cases.
We use your information to send email communication related to the Moobicast Service or website.
If you identify yourself to us by sending us an email with questions or comments, we may use your information (including personally identifiable information) to respond to your questions or comments, and we may file your questions or comments (with your information) for future reference.
